A writer, a photographer, and dreamer at best.

27 years old with nothing but a pocketful of sunshine, uh, I mean dreams. Hailing originally from Minnesota, I sadly left my world behind to set out into the world unknown, hoping to find what everyone else is seeking: the meaning of life.

I had a stable job, a loving family, a doting boyfriend, an awesome gig as a nanny, and some pretty wonderful friends. Why leave? Because I wasn't really happy with myself, my goals, and I was completely unsure of my dreams. I needed to dive into something deeper than I could ever imagine and push myself to greater limits. So, I packed my bags and headed East for South Korea, the land of plentiful English teaching jobs, to seek out 'the beautiful,' that so many before me have experienced.

This blog will document my stories, my photographs, my travels, my laughter, tears and everything in between in my quest to 'see the world.' A dear coworker mentioned that my life is [and will] always full of adventure, and that I should document everything because experiences [good and bad] are meant to teach us something greater in the end.

Hopefully you can partake in my [mostly] humorous experiences and follow me as I roam the world in search of 'the beautiful.'
